Description

Due west of the village of Chablis, Mont de Milieu is on the eastern bank of the Serein river, which bisects the region. The southerly aspect combines with limestone-rich soils to produce age-worthy, elegant Chardonnay. The winemaking mirrors that of the Village Chablis in an effort to showcase one of the prized terroirs of the region.
