Description

The classic Kimméridgian soils of Chablis, made distinct from Portlandien soils by their preponderance of clay and fossil deposits from what was once an ancient sea bed, are what define the vineyards that produce this wine. 

The combination of longer aging (15-18 months) on the lees and the introduction of neutral oak in addition to stainless steel, develop a wine with a powerful yet supple palate that maintains beautiful acidity through the long finish.
