Description

Straw yellow, with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is expressed with notes of lemon and bergamot and hints of thyme and eucalyptus. On the palate it is warm, soft and pleasantly tasty.

Excellent in combination with first and second courses based on fish, it goes well with shellfish and must be tried with tuna tartare.
