Description

Austere, powerful, meditation wine, the Primo della Corte is a 100% Aglianico, superb essence of flavors and aromas. The color is a beautiful deep ruby ​​red, with a remarkable consistency. On the nose it explodes ample and elegant with spicy notes and berries.
The rightly perceptible tannins caress the palate in a dry finish of endless persistence.

Maturation takes place in barriques for a period of 12 months, with a further 6 months of aging in the bottle.

It goes perfectly with game dishes, fine roasted red meats, spicy long-aged cheeses.

It should be served at a temperature of 19°C
