Description

Aromas of yellow apple, pear, light citrus notes, accompanied by nutmeg and fresh hay. Subtle mineral hints reminiscent of lime. Fresh palate. Again a lot of apple and pear with hints of nutmeg and fresh almonds.

The pleasant acidity contributes to the harmony of the Favorita. It ends moderately strong with a mineral-spicy finish.
